Manufacturing in Compliance with ISO 13485
Our manufacturing facility, located in Northern Germany, is certified according to ISO 13485 and specialises in high-quality plastic components for both medical and non-medical devices.
At Zantey, we manufacture head lice combs and baby combs under our own brands, Liceworld® and Zaby, as well as for private label.
All Zantey head lice combs are CE marked and classified as medical devices class I.
We also offer contract manufacturing of additional products, all to the same high German quality standards for which Zantey is known. Depending on your needs, we can produce, assemble, and package both medical and non-medical plastic devices.

From production to packaging, our team ensures precision and reliability at every stage.
Injection moulding
If you don’t yet have your own moulds, Zantey can assist with design and development.
We are happy to work with technical profiles and can customise them precisely to your needs and preferences.
Materials, packaging and distribution
We primarily work with high-quality plastics, including ABS and PA, and can integrate other components, such as stainless steel teeth in lice combs.
All products can be supplied in bulk or in a wide range of packaging solutions — for example, individually packed with a Euro hole for hanging, supplied in countertop display boxes, or integrated into your existing packaging — tailored to meet your specific requirements.

Location & Ownership
Our manufacturing facility is situated in Norderstedt, Northern Germany, offering excellent distribution opportunities across Europe, with convenient access to major transport routes such as the A7 motorway.
The facility is a wholly owned subsidiary of Zantey ApS, upholding our commitment to the highest standards of German manufacturing.
