Head Lice Comb Production

Get your products manufactured to German quality standards.
At Zantey, we produce head lice combs and flake removers for distribution under our own brands Liceworld^® and Zaby as well as private label products.

In addition, we have the option of incorporating other products into our production under the same high German quality that Zantey is already known for. Depending on your requirements, we can produce, assemble and package medical and non-medical devices in different types of plastic.

We are proud that our entire production, packaging and quality control is ISO 13485 certified. This means that we can produce non-sterile products for e.g., the pharmaceutical industry, to high German quality standards.

If you don’t already have your own moulds, Zantey can help you design them. We are happy to work with technical profiles and can customise them precisely to your needs and preferences.

Materials, packaging and distribution
In our production, we currently work primarily with plastic materials, including ABS and PA. As part of the production, it is possible to have other elements incorporated, such as steel teeth in head lice combs or key rings on plastic pendants.

We can supply your devices in bulk, blister-packed or hand-packed in your own packaging, subject to agreement and design.

Production is located in Norderstedt in northern Germany, providing good distribution opportunities within Europe with easy access to e.g., the A7 motorway.
